St. Clair Golf Team Off to Provincials

(Windsor, Ontario) – The St. Clair varsity golf team will be taking part in the OCAA Championship next week in Sault Ste. Marie.

Sault College is hosting the event at Crimson Ridge golf course from Monday, October 2 to Wednesday, October 4.

The St. Clair men’s team will be looking to bring home some hardware after a successful invitational season. The Saints are represented by Marshal Quinn (LaSalle), Chris Ryan (Harrow), Tyler LeBlanc (Belle River), Darren Alexander (Essex) and Brett Harrison (Essex). The St. Clair men finished tied for 2nd at the Niagara Knights Invitational. Quinn has led the way individually so far finishing at 5th the Fanshawe Invitational and 2nd at the Niagara Invitational.

St. Clair is coached by head coach Kevin Corriveau and assistant coach Heather MacKenzie

All of the golfers will be looking to qualify for the CCAA Nationals being hosted by Durham College at the Royal Ashburn Country Club in Oshawa from October 17-20.
