St. Clair College offers students a wide variety of opportunities to get involved. The Student Representative Council at the Windsor Campus is an active student government that can give you the opportunity to learn how to run a large organization, plan events, and develop programs that benefit the student body at large. Why not run for office? Being a member of Council is a paid position, providing not only a great opportunity to earn money, but to be part of student governance on campus. Joining Student Council is just one of the many ways you can make the most of college life.
Chatham Campus also has a very active student government. Thames Students Inc. provides lots of opportunities for students to get involved. Plan events, hold fundraisers, and get involved in the community, both inside the college and outside as well.
Varsity sports on campus is extremely active which means the student run Student Athletics Association is always involved in one of the 12 varsity sports available to students. As well, the SAA oversees intramural activities and with the new SportsPlex open for students, there will be ample space to get involved in a number of athletic pursuits.
PLUS… if you play varsity sports, you can receive a $1,250 scholarship per sport semester as one of our Varsity Saints Athletes.
